Dr. Brenna has been the quiet one most of her life. At first, she was unsure how she would effectively share her knowledge and treat people the way they deserved. It felt like an obstacle she would have to overcome to be a good therapist. However, not only has she found that she thrives in one-on-one environments, but she has discovered that being an introvert is actually one of her greatest assets. It has made her an excellent observer in the way people move, looking at the bigger picture and getting to the source of the problem. It allows her to truly listen to her patients so that she can provide a better healthcare experience and help people achieve their goals.
From a young age Dr. Brenna loved to move! She started playing team sports, focusing most of her energy on soccer. From there she discovered the thrill of competing with herself and transitioned into running, where she found her happy place. Dr. Brenna has always been analytical and a little bit of a perfectionist! Loving puzzles, science, and math, and needing to find the answer to every problem. Her first year in college, becoming a physical therapist suddenly became a no-brainer! Being a marathoner, Dr. Brenna understands the importance of feeling mentally free and physically strong through working out. She loves to see her patients progress and return to their favorite activity!
When not treating patients or running, Dr. Brenna is spending time with her better half and 3 fur babies!
